Stomor Ltd have been working on a project to relocate a well known local civil engineering company from their existing yard situated in the village of Foster Street, to a new site adjacent to the A414 London Road to the south of Harlow.
The new development will provide a facility which is conveniently located adjacent to the strategic road network, and more suited to the nature of the use and vehicles associated with their operations. More importantly, the relocation will remove heavy vehicles from the rural roads around Foster Street.
In support of the planning application, Stomor Ltd have prepared a suitable access design on to the A414, and also prepared a Transport Assessment, Flood Risk Assessment and site drainage strategy including extensive SuDS methods for surface water disposal.
